Recieved job offer, not a good idea? Internet

I'm quite worried right now. I received a job offer from this company, but after reading these complaints I'm not sure if I should accept any employment from them. I don't want to rip people off, money is too hard to come by these days without companies like this coming around to fill their own pockets.

Is working for this company really worth it?
