I had two items present on the 2nd of April. They did not post until the night of the 3rd/4th at midnight. Because they presented on the 2nd, that date was held after the posting on Friday night. On Monday night they charged me 2 NSF Fees, that posted on my account Monday night the 6th, but they put the date in as the 2nd.
I had sent emails stating they had deposited my money in the wrong account on Friday and there were two items going through that would create two overdrafts because they put the funds in the wrong account.
I received a response Monday morning from Busey Customer Service stating they weren't any NSF Fees on my account which proves these didn't go through until monday night. The bank refuses to reverse them and insists that since the date showing on the account is the 2nd, that they were accurate.
Below are copies of the emails, which I provided to the bank as PROOF, which they refused to accept. Do not do business with these people they change dates to cheat you!
