I took my mother to the bank so that we could get a loan to fix up her property and fix up another property, both properties did not cost $50,000 for repairs, My mothers home was under $15,000 and the other property was even way under $12,000. The bank did tell us that if the money run out for the $20,000 that we did borrow that there would be $30,000 available. We did not need the $30,000 only using a portion of it. Now we go to the bank and they tell us that we owe the whole $50,000. My Mother is paying on the loan, and only on it's interest until other homes that we own sale. We sent our information to investigation within Wachovia, and they send us a check which was signed by my mother, I do not remember her signing any check, only that $20,000 was devided into two accounts, on which we used to fix up the properties, but sure enough her signature is on that check. I am really not sure now what is going on, and I still have bank statements of spending transactions, Until I find out what can be done about this, we are stuck paying on money we did not use.
