Wachovia Bank took my drivers license and credit card and they accused me of trying to defraud them because I had written a few bounced checks. I did have an overdrawn account and I did try to pay them back with a check that I borrowed the money from my parents to pay back the bank and all the bank manager did was photocopied the check and given it back to me all because this bank manager said that she would have to talk to their bank investigator on this case first.
So, therefore we had to make another trip back down to the bank and was told that there would have to be some papers signed by my mother stating that she signed the check over to me in order to pay the bank. Well, the bank has been paid their money and still no drivers license and credit card has not been returned to me and this bank has had both items for almost two months. I would like other people who bank with Wachovia to know how they conduct their business and treat their customers because if they do this one time to one customer, they will do this again all because they felt that it was justified in thier best interest and not the customer.
