My then homebound handicapped mother who is now deceased had accounts with Wachovia and her so called helpers stole over $36,000 from her accounts. I wrote to Ken Thompson -CEO asking for help with this matter and he never even contact me. I also went to several others in the Charlotte office like Maralyn Khleel and Karen Bent. I sent them all the proof, forged checks, unauthorized use of my mother's debit card etc. Etc. I even told them I have eye witnesses that these people did this and not one of them wanted to do what was right. Maralyn even said maybe I ripped off my mothers accounts and am trying to get double the money back by reporting it. I can only pray that the people at Wells Fargo fire them all without any pay and a bad reference. They don't deserve anything better.
