Freedom resorces called my home pertaining to a credit card which i questioned them about and even asked if not pleased with the package, when received if i could recieve a refund, i was told i would receive a full refund on returning the package, after receiving the package it was not as i was told so i sent it back requesting my refund this was sent to them receipt reqested.
They received it on november i called about my refund on dec. 2002 I was told it would be sent to me jan. 2002 which it never came, called in jan. Was told it would be sent OUT the last of jan never came called in feb told it would be mailed out feb. 2003 never came called in march was told it would be mailed out april 4 still have not received my refund it is now april 15 now i cannot get through to the company at all I want is my refund of $221.00.
