In the beginning of july i received a phone call from freedom resource stating that i could get a $2500 credit card for a one time fee of $221.95. I asked them if it was indeed a visa card because i got scammed by another credit company already. They said yes that it was a visa card. So i did agree to take them up on there offer. They asked for my routing number to my bank account-
They said that they would take it out on july 29. A couple of days later i decided to not take the card. I called them back and told them to cancel the card-they said that it was okay and that they would not take the money out of the account. Then i received my bank statement showing that they took it out after i told them not to.
I called furious stating that i would want the money refunded. They said it would take up to 60-90 business days for a refund. It is now april 23 and i have yet to receive it - i made many attempts calling them to get my money. They stated that they sent me 4 checks and that they are getting lost in the mail all 4 times.
I last spoke to them on april 2 and they said that they would reissue another check on april 4. I haven't received that either. I tried calling and the phone will not even connect to the phone i have for them anymore. 1-678-239-0133
