On January 8 Freedom Resource cold called my home with an offer of a credit card and other discounts on gas, food, hotels etc. On January 10 they deducted 221.95 from my checking account.By February 26 I had not received my "package", so I called their office, and was rudely told by the operator that my "package" would be mailed out that very day.
Smelling a rat, I told them that I wished to cancel and wanted my money back, and that to get a refund I would have to fill out a refund request form. I received the form that very week, filled it out and sent it back, to date March 25, I have not received my refund. (Not surprising given all of the other complaints against this so called "company")
Freedom Resource are jackals, preying on people who have no credit or bad credit, making promises and keeping (stealing) our money.
I don't believe that I will ever see my money, and hope that others don't make the same mistake that I made. If there is a class action law suit against these jackals I will participate, and hope they are prosecuted for what they are doing.
Just what are they doing with our money? Buying drugs? Going on a spending spree? Or heaven forbid, funneling our money to terrorists!
This needs to be investigated and the jackals of Freedom Resource punished for their stealing and lying!
