Freedom Resource called me on the phone and explained a credit card package I thought was great for purchasing my school books.
They drafted the amount of $221.95 from my checking account on October 18.By December, of I still hadn't received my package so I requested a refund.
They sent me a refund request form which I mailed on December 9. Today, April 3 I have not received my money.
When I filled out the refund request form they had Cust ID 213940 Draft Date 10/18/02 Location 5556 and Verification number 3642267.
I just want my money. They informed me that there will be a refund after collecting a restocking charge of $24.95. That's not fair. The number I tried to call is long distance and no one answers the phone at 678-239-0133. They also still have my route number to my bank. How can I get all my monies due to me. I have waited for six months and no response from Freedom Resource.
