Debit a closed accout

I shut a bank account at fifth-third lender and start a different one, since I'd submitted a section 13 and offered lenders my bill number therefore fifth-third lender allow them charge my checking for just two weeks and cost me facility costs they stated they might reinverse me my income. I've record problem with BBB and Indianapolis attorney general. I'll also submitted additional grievances they have to maintain with one of these lenders.
