I've been banking with Lender of America for over 10 years. A week ago I shut my consideration since Lender of America had somehow eliminated facility protection from my bill & billed me $175.00 for 4 overdrafts. The biggest cost to my consideration was for under $25.00; the tiniest was $1.29 to get a walk. Once you add about the facility charge off $35.00; which was probably the most costly walk I've/can actually have. With a large number of pounds within our savings account the department supervisor advised me that it had been difficult that I'd overdraft protection on my checking account since it didn't presently appear in her program; despite the fact that I'd originally established it-up after I founded the checking account.
So I would like to understand this right, W Of The is supplying over $100.00 to new clients, but cannot afford to fall my facility costs due to their own error?
