My partner needed to record bankruptcy because of medical expenses. He was not able to get among the lenders to prevent a reoccuring cost from his checking account so he shut the consideration. Despite the fact that the account is shut, the bank has extended to pay for this lender, along side one check he'd created before shutting the consideration (which he settled from his fresh checking account in a unique lender). The financial institution demands they're "needed" to pay for any products offered for them about the closed account. What option do we've to prevent these funds?
