I am in a bad situation and need help with modifying my home loan. I am currently in default. I received an email from New Hope Loan Modifications, and asked for assistance. Sent copies of tax papers, paystubs and mortgage statements. All 1500 dollars of their "fee" has been taken out of my account and now I can not get anyone to call me back. I am going further in the hole with my mortgage and now have a forecloseure date in JUNE! I have lost valuable time and money and am afraid I am going to lose my house. Help stop these thieves.
