New Hope Modification
Took $1500. No results to modify mortgage since Oct. Phone busy. Can't contact. Bellmawr New Jersey

I lost my primary job a year and a half ago. I was unable to make mortgage payments and got behind. I engaged New Hope to modify my loan in Oct. Of 2008. I was advised not to make payments. I paid them $1500. They have not been responsive. Countrywide, my mortgage holder told me I was rejected for this modification in Feb., but still no word from New Hope. New Hope's phones are constantly busy. I am now 8 months behind in my payments. They are liars and thieves.
