October15 I got in touch with Hope now Modifications to help with a loan modification. At that time we were only 2 weeks behind on our house payment. I sent all information required along with $1500.00. They told me not to make any house payments until they could work out our new payments.
I called them in December to find out our status because I haven't heard from them. Frank told me not to worry, they were worring on it", in fact go buy new furniture". Well it"s now been 8 months. I've called many times and sent e-mails to them. I tried to call today and the number has been disconnected.
