I can see that I am not the only unhappy customer, but this is getting really old. It's the same EVERY week. We are behind on our mortgage and credit cards because we are afraid to use our bank account after all the BS.
Every Thursday, my husband and my paychecks are put in to our Key checking account via direct deposit. Paychex, the payroll company, guarantees that the deposit will be in our account no later than 7 A.M. PST on Thursday. We didn't notice the problem until about October since we had a cushion in the account.
Since then, it has been hell. The statements stopped showing up in our mailbox 2 years ago, and we don't have online banking. We'll get NSF notices, which will usually be from Thursday or Friday. We have gone to the bank since the first NSF notice, they claim that the deposits weren't available yet. When we asked why, they couldn't come up with a reason. The second woman started to show us our account screen, then started scrolling up and down, while explaining that the purchases had been made before Thursday, but they hadn't, we had the receipts with us.
If KeyBank wouldn't have forced us into signing "Exhibit A", forever releasing all claims, I would pay for an attorney and at least attempt to stop their theft. And to think, they got a nice bonus from the government for the purpose of continuing to bankrupt honest American's with their novel interpretations of the law.
