With held my direct deposits so i would overdraft month after month! Willowick

Did business for 6 years with 5/3 bank. The last year, we were getting overdraft fees left and right. I finally figured out what they were doing. They were not making my direct deposits from the company I worked for available for 4 days!!! When my husband would put his check in on a Thursday evening, they were making it available the following Thursday, so when we used our debit card online to pay our bills, the money would not have cleared, hence, overdraft fees. They didn't operate like that the first 5 years! When my husband and I wanted to close our account, they said even after the account was closed if anyone requested money, they would re-open the account and pay the company, then sock us with the overdraft fees for no money being in the closed account!!! We went in once and bought a bank check to made out a check to cash, and the girl didn't ask us for ID or anything, then says, "if you don't know your account number I will fill it in for you". How crazy is this Bank? In the past, we were always asked for ID when we purchased a bank check to make out to cash. This bank went down hill fast!!
