Con me out of 300.00 dollars and i never recieved a grant. And i can not get my money back

I feel i have been lied to by this company. I am on a fixed income. I need this money back. I was hoping to buy a mobile home for me and my husband. But because of their lies i can, t afford to do it. My husband and i are both on social securty.
