I think that the fastcash payday loan should be held accountable for their action.
They were trying to take me to court for internet fraud. They are not governed by the fair debt credit collecting law. Which a lot of people are not aware of. This should be change. I paid 192.00 to hold the case so it would not go forth with the charges they were charging me with theft also. This should not be allow to happen. That why I want everybody to know about there practice, and beware of them. I borrow $300.00 back in October, They were taking the it out of my account, until I needed it for rent. So when they went to get it they it was not there. It was no fraud intended. This is there way of getting back at me. To make me look like a criminal and I do not have a criminal background. Please every one need to beware of internet payday loans.
