Beware of this group of fraudulent businessmen who hold meetings in hotels. They have a real nice and friendly way to sweet-talk you out of $495 for an "advanced class". But that's OK. Then they offer you a chance to open your own business with a scheme to take people's monthly mortage payments and pay their mortgages biweekly. But that's OK, too. Then they offer you a chance to accept payments by credit card. They put a dozen "applications" in front of you and tell you how you could never do this by yourself and how they are saving you $295 in application fees. But that's OK, too. What's not OK is how they stack two different contracts, one on top of the other, and ask you to sign on the dotted line thinking you are signing ONE contract with them.
Then what happened to me is I started getting double charges to my bank account. They charged me $99 to terminate one contract. Fine. But now they way $1,200 to cancel the other contract. I told them I did not agree with their sly method of doing business, but I hired an attorney to offer them a chance to "settle" anyway for $500. Guess what, they didn't even bother to respond. They simply sent me a form letter attempting to collect the full $1,200. Then they put a collection on my spotless account with all three credit bureaus. That's definitely not OK. All of this hassle for a service I did not even use one time! That's a RIP-OFF! They will not remove this fraudulent report to the credit bureaus. We all NEED to begin a Class Action!
