We were assigned Duvera Finacial to make payments to (when we purchased something else). They do not know how to collect payments. They would email me about late fees when they had my account # and was to take the payment out automatically. Then my contract with the other company cancelled and they were not to draft anymore payments. Well guess what they did after the account was closed. How crooked was that. Be careful who you give your debit card # to. I contacted them by email. They other company said Duvera knew of the mistake, got a hold of me, and corrected it. They did not do any of those things. When I did get a response (after 4 attempts) she was rude! Said that I already saw the refund? Don't even know what that meant. Said the refund went through on a date that was before the money was drafted. Just purely arrogant and rude. They wronged me and then they are the opposite of apologetic. Sooo very unprofessional and just crooks. Still taking payments out when the account is closed. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
