Let me go over limit

I have not had a account with anyone that they set a credit limit on a account, then want you go over that limit, so for you letting my account go over 4.29 you get to charge me 39.00.
I will paid this account off and not use it again, so for 39.00 dollars it will cost you future interest and charges so thank you for thanking so small,
