In the Spring of I presented Michael K Schiltz with an idea and a tentative plan for a new business.
At this time, I had known Michael for about 30 years and considered him to be a dear and trustworthy friend.
I presented him with numerous written proposals to which to he never formally responded. Regrettably, I accepted his assurance that we would "work things out".
At the last moment, he apparently decided that my idea had considerable merit. He thus redirected the shipment of products that he had agreed to finance in a partnership arrangement, took possession of the shipment, and began to sell the products on his own.
He has refused all reasonable offers to remedy this situation and, although he has not been very successful, he continues to "dump" the product on the internet.
He is currently, but lamely, attempting to do business under the name "Kalmari Enterprises" at kalmari. Ecrater.com, in spite of the fact that kalmarienterprises.com is registered to me.
He is offering warranties on the products that he is selling and is misleading buyers into believing that he will be able to procure additional product. However, the manufacturer recognizes his malfeasance and refuses to sell additional products to him directly. Moreover, the manufacturer will not honor warranties on any products he sells.
Mr Schiltz has no money of his own. He lives in deplorable conditions in a ramshackle townhouse where he forced his family to live for many years. He uses the money of a small group of investors to invest as he chooses. I would be further disappointed, but not surprised, to learn that he is a small-time Bernie Madoff or Robert Stanford who has bilked investors out of their life savings.
As a result of a prior complaint, Schiltz has since accused me of being a "crook, a liar, a cheat, a false god, and one who keeps children in animal cages".
Do not do business of any sort with Michael Kent Schiltz, MORTCO, The Schiltz Companies (a one man enterprise), Kalmari. Ecrater.com, or anyone using the email address of [email protected]. Mr Schiltz is also a licensed real estate broker in Texas and may still be licensed to sell securities and insurance in Texas and/or Kansas.
