I got ripped off by Michael, he signed a contract that was to go thru july and promised to buy the two properties back if they did not sell within a certain time. None of which he did, he instead ran to somewhere in Florida after duping 90 investors and 300 houses.
Here's the story when I first met Michael he seem to be on the straight but in April I started receiving calls from utility companies and mortgage companies of non payment, which really set off alarms I had the real estate guy that got me envolved with Michael Prieskorn check on what was going on and learned his company office was cleaned out as well as his house and he was no where to be found, and was not returning phone calls. Needless to say my credit has been ruined and I have a very large debt that I have no way of paying.
If I had the money I would like to hunt this guy down take hime to court and sue him until his life is in total ruin, it does not make sense that people like this get off so easily while the rest of us have to continue paying for them ruining our lives..
In short do Not Do Business with this scum Michael Prieskorn.
