Made false claims of litigation and damages

I was contacted by this compnay about a past due debt they purchased. I do not dispute the debt and wanted to work out a payment plan. I was then directed to Ms. Harrington. She became very rude and verbally abusive when I could not meet the terms that she wanted. She then told me I was a waste of her time. She explained that they would take me to court and get three times the amount owed on the original debt and hung up on me. After she wished me good luck!
