On 11/11, my family entered into a contract with a private party ("VS") for him to purchase our mine claims. The third party is dependent upon Donna Allisons promises to fund the project... 11/15 (Tuesday): Donna Allison was supposed to fund the deal by 2:00 PM PST.
1:34 PM: Donna Allison forward to us an email that she had received a cc from the "escrow attorney, " Brian Ngo at Blue Capital Law Firm in Garden Grove and Newport Beach, California, directed to VS at 12:46 PM: “our office has received written wiring requests (from Donna Allison of CRF Investors LLC) to send $xx USD to xxxs account at BofA (with account ending in 1257). As soon as our firms attorney escrow account receives the necessary funds from Donna Allisons investors, we will initiate the wire transfer to xxxs account... We were advised earlier today by Donna Allison that her investors are wiring in the funds to our firms escrow account today; so, we are currently on standby for receipt of such refunds. Upon the receipt of such funds, we will then arrange for the $xx wire to xxxs account. Thanks.” Bryan L. Ngo.
3:16 PM: Donna Allison sent us an email: The attorney in New York, Armondo Montiero [xxx-xxx-xxxx], is wire transferring the funds for CRF Investors, LLC closings to Blue Capital law firm with Bryan Ngo. The Blue Capital Law Firm has not received the funds yet but will send them to you in the morning as soon as they are in his account. I am so sorry but please accept this update that they are coming to you and give me until tomorrow to get the funds in your account. Thanks Donna Allison CRF Investors, LLC 720-331-8630.” To which we responded: “Thanks for your communication. We will expect funds tomorrow.” 11/16 (Wednesday): No funds.
1:38 PM: Donna Allison sent us an email: I am so sorry but Armondo is in court today but the funds are coming to blue capital law firm escrow account. Once it is there they will send the $xx to your account asap. I appreciate your cooperation and time. Thanks, Donna Allison, CRF Investors, LLC.”
11:10 AM: Donna Allison sent us an email: “I am so sorry but I haven’t heard from Armondo yet, they been in court all day. If the funds were not sent to you yet, they will be to you tomorrow. I am so sorry for the delay. I appreciate your cooperation and time. Thanks, Donna Allison, CRF Investors.” 11/17 (Thursday): No funds. Donna Allison called and sent text messages thanking us for our cooperation and time. 11/18 (Friday): No funds. We found information about Donna Allison on the Internet: “Complaint Board – January DONNA ALLISON - I WILL TELL YOU NOW, ANYBODY WHO GOES NEAR THIS IMMORAL AND UNSCRUPULOUS WOMAN, WILL BE BURNED!!! TO MY KNOWLEDGE SHE HAS DESTROYED FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES. She’s a cheat, a liar, and a fraud. I got off the phone last night with a "crying" and broken client. After six months of donna allison, signing fraudulent documentation depicting funds to place into escrow, he now has to sell his steak in the project...”
6:59 pm: vs forwarded to donna the complaint excerpt above. Donna responded: “One complaint out of 30 years and We have over 280 offices nationwide - so this is not bad. Very good matter of fact. Well, This broker was very pissed off at me for not doing his clients deal. We can not make everyone happy. Thanks, Donna Allison, CRF Investors, LLC.” 11/21 (Monday) 10:30 AM: No funds but VS called us to say he heard from Donna Allison... “everything is great. Donna is making the transfer today and will call me. We will all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.” Still no funds. 11/22 (Tuesday) ONE WEEK AFTER THE PROMISED FUNDING DATE... No Funds.internet research indicated the so-called attorney in New York (remember, Armondo Montiero, referenced by Donna in her 11/15 email above), may not be an attorney after all. We found a Craigslist add from a person named “Armondo” with the identical phone number that Donna provided to us in her 11/15 email. The Craigslist ad reads: “Direct Lender / Business Partner Date: 10-20,4:17PM... I am an direct lender, need a business partner or lender to buy a business or real estate? I can provide funds of $250,00.00 or more dollars. Expertise In Real Estate And Business. Contact me at 1-xxx-xxx-9301 Ask for Armondo...” There is no person named Armondo Montiero registered with the New York State Bar. 11/23 (Wednesday): No Funds. 11/24 (Thursday – Thanksgiving): No Funds. 11/29 (Tuesday) TO WEEKS AFTER THE PROMISED FUNDING DATE... No Funds.
11:37 AM: Donna Allison sent us an email: “I hope you had a great thanksgiving weekend... I am in the process of getting my funds from my projects in my escrow account for my closings next week. I will let you know once I get the confirmations of the transfers so we can work together on the $xx to pay in full... I look forward to working with you. Thanks, Donna Allison, CRF Investors, LLC”
12:34 PM: Donna Allison sent a letter to VS: Dear VS, CRF Investors, LLC is happy to let you know our Private Fund has an interest to fund your project for the 100 % Project Funding Program a private investor funding venture. After review we have determined your projects to be an excellent candidate to participate in these programs. This letter confirms a Letter of Interest to fund the transactions and we will start funding closing on or before Dec 9th if not sooner. I look forward to working with you on this project. Thank you, Donna Allison, CRF Investors, LLC” 11/30 – 12/1/11: No Funds. Communications from Donna Allison assure us that the project will be funded on Monday, December 4th. 12/4 (Monday): No Funds. 12/5 (Tuesday): THREE WEEKS AFTER THE PROMISED FUNDING DATE... No Funds. Today is Tuesday, 12/5. I am not saying anything at all. The facts are the facts. I will update tomorrow.
