I incorrectly swiped the incorrect card while spending money on my purchase. I captured my error and didn't signal the agreement. I had been informed from the CSR (who had been very rude) the deal couldn't be supported and that I would need to recheck the purchase about the next register.

I were left with broke goods (that they did provide to displace easily went the 12 kilometers back again to the shop) and also the deal billed to both cards by having an overlimit charge assessed on a single. The CSM explained that I'd approved the cost towards the card the moment I swiped it.in my opinion that my trademark is needed for that cost to become approved.

I never signed the agreement. Must I push scam charges against Wal Mart? They explained it'll consider 14 days to return my card, however it was billed about the first business-day.
