Complaint / Review
The UPS Store - Albuquerque
Kimberly Whitesage

I went in to the Albuquerque advantages Shop on Course on 12/20/10.

Operator Kimberly Whitesage was in the table and that I informed her that I needed to deliver a set of show tickets and guarantee them. She stated I really couldnot guarantee and ship show tickets. I informed her FedEx did and he or she stated she might EASILY purchased insurance. (Duh!)

She rang up the costs and explained it'd be $14. Xx. I passed her my charge card and he or she swiped it through the register. I informed her that it appeared reduced as to the I'd explored online. I informed her the internet believed the price to become around $18. Xx with insurance.

UPS storeowner Kimberly Whitesage believed to me, "Oh, you would like INSURANCE? You ought to have explained before I called it-up".

She then went my charge card through the register again and had me signal the charge card slide for $18. Xx. I expected her to emptiness and credit back the $14. Xx she'd rung up in problem. She sneered and stated "I Will look after it".

A couple of days later we examined our creditcard record online and noticed that UPS storeowner Kimberly Whitesage had billed our creditcard TWICE for that $14. Xx quantity and when for that $18. Xx (proper) cost.

I got a duplicate of my card record in to the shop and was informed they needed to create a backup of my declaration and deliver it for their accountant which he was outoftown for that breaks. They said he'd contact me. Used to donot get an "I am sorry" or something from their website.

Today, 10 nights later - no telephone call in the 'accountant' with no credit utilized back again to our charge card for that $28. Xx Kimberly Whitesage had overcharged us. I returned towards the advantages Shop and was informed the accountant was still outoftown which it'd consider 10 times or even more following the accountant examined my declaration before I'd be attributed back due to their mistake.

This is not the way in which a company works, or atleast any I Have visited previously.

I'd like UPS Storeowner Operator Kimberly Whitesage to apologize and also to credit my charge card back for that $28. Xx she overcharged me again on December 20th.
