Refusal of refund on mistaken swipe of credit card

I've been likely to this Dunkin Donuts each day for 13 years, me & the manger are on the first-name schedule, I don't actually spot my order anymore she instantly understands what I purchase. I went within this day and my purchase whole found $6.34, I offered the girl performing there-my bank card which she swiped and explained it declined, I questioned her to retry the card so she swiped it again, again it declined, I proceeded to pay for her with money when I was overdue for function. I named my charge card comapny to discover why the card rejected after I had a $13.00 stability, they informed there have been 2 supports placed on the card for $6.34 every from Dunkin Donuts, they advised me I had a need to contact the vendor to truly have the supports launched. I named the shop plus they explained there have been no-holds placed on the card the card had rejected, but 2 retains were placed on the card and also the woman I was coping with was managing me as though I were some crook looking to get $13.00 which wasnot owed in my experience after visiting this institution for 13 years, I'll never return into this institution and that I thinkv this worker ought to be repremanded on her therapy of the REALLY FAITHFUL Client the shop has only dropped.
