Started receiving 2 calls from this company everyday. Sometimes calls would be robocalls - no one would answer. Company would not identify what type of business they were. Had to Google them to find out who they were.
Next phone call received when a person spoke on other end; told them to send me a written letter along with the name, address, phone number of the company claiming to be owed money and Alliance One address, phone number of corporate headqtrs, contact person name.
Told Alliance One, which is a subsidiary of Teleperformance, that I had never received a collection notice nor any past due statement from companies I do business with and that I would not talk to a company nor it's employees that I do not know nor have solicited about issues such as this especially in light of the explosion of identity thief schemes.
The calls keep coming. Never have received anything in writing from them. Getting to the point that I will contact an attorney due to harassment. Have filed a report with the FTC.in process of filing report with my states Attorney General.
