This is a report on chase bank the problem is that i have done 13 claim's that was for real problem's in my checking account that was not fake they gave me credit's until the problem was fixed then my debit card was lost i ordered a new one everything was fine and then i went to the bank to take out money because i did not have a card then i find out that i could not take money out they said that it was frozen and i dont understand why they said to call the claims department i did then they said to talk to the branch manager she said they could not do anything then she said to go back again and call the claims department then they said to me that they are going to close my account on the 26th on feb but if they are going to do that why cant they close it now and give me my money dont you think that makes more sence they said that they are going to mail me a check in the mail does that make sence no it does not something fishy is going on here i am in a fixed income and i live check after check i have medical problem and bill's and co payments that i have to take care of and medication that i have to pay for if i dont pay for it i cant have them what should i do the bank is lying and none of them speake english i have to keep repeating my self over and over again and it upsets me very much and stresses me because it is with handleing with money and they cannot be any mistakes with peoples financing problem that the world is facing people need they money's i asked to talk to the manager at 3:30 pm they said she was at lunch then i awaited she showed up 2 hours later and she was dressed like she was going to a night club was not dressed appropriate i dont know what they are going to do with my $706.99 and they band me from having a debit card and accounts with them they cant do that could they
