UHI Claims Account Phoenix AZ
Consumer Report

Dont trust uhi lottery promotion or account!!..
I got a letter in the mail from a strange "company". The envelope Included a letter, and a check made out for around 5,000.00. There was tons of spelling errors on the letter. And the fact they were sending me 5,000.00 was also strange. So when I read the letter it says something like "Hi you are the winner of our lottery, you will be awared with 200,000.00 for being our winner. The check has chase banks name on it!!! Please contact the prize administrator in the second paragraph to claim your prize. The names were Stanley (912-330-4479) and someone else. I pretty much didnt have a lot of hope because my family was telling the check was fake and it seemed kind of fishy and i surely believed them, and it WAS fake. THE CHECK WAS FRAUD!

First of all I looked up the so called company online and it was an insurance company (2721 N Central Ave, phoenix arizona. Red flag right there. I dont know where these people got my information from or my number... And I dont remember signing up for any lottery, another red flag right there. The person I talked didnt sound like he was in a buisness at all. I heard no people at all talking to other costermers in the background or people or managers, It seemed to me like he was just a pedofile sitting at home on the computer or some werido with no life, another flag. He told me not to cash the check, just to deposit it. He said that he'll give me the next steps when I call him back the next day. And he also said to not show the bank workers the letter because I'd have to pay "income taxes" or something crazy.

I went to the chase bank and the guy took one look at the check and already saw something werid, he asked us to get in additional information that came with the check. We showed it to him and he said there is a different state on the check and letter, they dont match. I noticed that at home. He also said he looked up the number at the bottom of the check and the check wasnt from Phoenix Or Ohio! He took a look at this website, saw complaints and said that was another strange thing to him. Said there was a complaint just like this yesterday, same company as me same everything, same price. He immediately called the manager of the Chase bank company and was told to immediately ship everything that was sent to me to the fraud department to be investigated. The bank rep. Told me, dont trust these people and make sure every person i know does not trust these people. If you get a letter for uhi claims account lottery??? Or you see the name stanley or any of ther other people mentioned do not??? Trust them. This is not a legit person or people to be dealing with.

It's actually pretty crazy that people would go through all this just to get into someones account. The Chase bank rep. Told me that use the number at the bottom of the check was used to get into peoples accounts and steal their money. I called the person back to let whoever it was know that the check was fraud even though he knew all along, and he tried to act like he was confused and he didnt know what was going. He knew exactly what was going on HE GAVE ME A FRAUD CHECK. He tried to rush me off the phone saying he was going to call his "head office to see what was going on". He said I was the only one who had this problem. Is he dumb, has he looked at the page. The man sounded of some accent, african or indian. Theres been a lot of complaints in less than a week. Dont trust them. The bank said the check was FRAUD. Was NOT legit. Was NOT real.
