Purchased some tires at Dobbs in St. Louis and was informed that I'd obtain a $50 credit easily exposed among their credit reports thru G.E. Money-Bank. Rec'd first declaration and minimal cost due was $26.00, I delivered $100.00. Didn't obtain a declaration the next month after which on February 6 I acquired a declaration dated Feb. 2 declaring that $28 was overdue and there is a $39.00 late charge included. I currently owe $542.08 after delivering $100.00 on the $603.00 bill. On 2-9 I began to obtain telephone calls at 8:00am informing me to deliver $54.00 instantly as my consideration is overdue. The bill states that cost arrives 2-24. I'd submitted cost entirely on 2-7 which is 2-13 plus they declare that they've not gotten the check
