I purchased a set of exactly what the Builder journal named navy wear shoes. After I obtained the shoes these were a gray-blue not navy. I taken care of the shoes to be delivered after which obtained a declaration billing me for that shipping which was initially billed once they delivered the sneakers. I delivered the cost declaration back requesting them to credit my account, being the boot was mis-represented. One month afterwards I get another statement for that $8.35 shipping charge having a $10 overdue cost, I again delivered the declaration back challenging they credit my account... I simply got another declaration for that $8.35 delivery as well as the $10 overdue charge and with this declaration was another late fee... We're speaking $28.35 they need from me to get a set of $49 sneakers which were misrepresented by shade within the list along with a $2 finance cost. Today they need $31.35 from me for sneakers I never actually used, delivered for them and that I settled the shipping. I named customer support and talked to some boss (Dorothy) plus they out-right explained they're not crediting my bill. I settled Mason Shoes $31.35 for nothing. I told them never to deliver me their list again and that I could be calling the greater business agency regarding their process to do business.
