Unauthorized charges

I signed up for the trail offer was charged the $4.95 and 2 days latter was charged another $69.95. I have tried to cancel on line as suggested and allt he information I ou tin comes up on order on file. I have been trying to reach them by phone and have been unsuccessful. I will keep trying...
