They took upfront fee and never spoke to me again, they are thieves

Joanna told us she would close our loan immediately and asked for upfront fees. She completely lied to us and never called us back. She told us of all these lenders she had and that she was in the buss. For many years. She could not produce one deal closed for a reference in the last 2 years. Dont believe anything she tells you. Her and her daughter lie about everything.
