Joanna Mitchell is a RIPOFF. She takes your retainer money and provides little to no services at all. She makes alot of promises then does not deliver. She cares more about her horses and other animals then she does her clients. She is late for hearings and mediaitons she blows off telephone conferences with clients and opposing counsel she makes false promises and never keeps her word.
I spoke to one of her past assistants and she told me first hand that Joanna is the worse boss ever. That she will take clients money and doesn't deposit it in the right accounts she puts it in her pocket and then there is no money to account for filing fees.
I know she took my money and is a complete scam!
