As a mortgage broker, i have just started to transact business with ken schneider at kas / he now only charges up front fees of 5,000 and says he can do alot of unique deals. Although i have not had any deal come to a close yet... I am aprehensive to have my clients send money to him if he will not do the deal and only take their money
I am looking for anyone that has closed a loan with him based on his terms. If there is anyone out there that has closed with him call me. 508 847 8763 i cant understand why he would continue to market as a lender with all the bad press on the net... If he indeed closed a loan with you please get in touch with me. But it seems like he is just out there for the upfront fees... Giving people a bad name... Thanks for any imput you have on ken schneider but his mo is still the same. No email. Or cell. Just fax and phone... Etc etc etc... If it looks like a duck and smells like a duck... I want to give him the benefit to hear from 10 people that he closed... 10 shoudl be easy to produce...
