Overdraft Fees - Lawsuit Info And Petition Bank of America oveeeerdraft fees. True Blue Ripoffs! Los Angeles

I would like to give out information to all clients/depositors who just like me been charge of overdraft fees by BOA, all our stories are identical... You check online you know you have money (coz even pending already gets deducted) so you went on ahead and swipe your debit card then when a few days roll next thing you know your f *ing statement says "insufficient funds"- but, they went ahead and pay it anyway coz it's only $3- then charge you an overdraft fees with the other measly debit charges you did. Wholla! $35 X 6 = $210 of overdraft fees... Wtf!..

Same procedures large amount first then the measly ones. When in fact if you check the date and time of transaction you have the money - so if debit is same as cash and posted right away it means you're covered (right?). Technically yes, until the bigger amount comes in and get posted on the same date... (time not considered) and in their books the measley ones are no longer covered so they charge you o.D. Fees... If they are really looking out for you as valuable clients, they should only charge you what's fair.

To me, if you covered a $200-500 for a day and pay it. That i have no qualms about - but for me to pay $35 for a $2.70 charge that made it into insufficient fund is absurd!!! Decline, decline, decline... I don't mind being declined - at least it alerted me, besides BOA is not the only card in my wallet... So here, click on this both link i ran into. It would at least lessen your grief (just tiny bit).
