American Credit Educators usacomplaints. Comed in Credit History as $300.95 delinquent account

I applied for a mortgage loan and found to my surprise that I owe to ACE for 300.95 since Jul'99. During May' I checked my credit report and there was no mention of this. This had appeared all of a sudden. This is a real concern and I am sure, I dont owe anyone.

I am not sure what to do and how to proceed. Advise me please..
