Will not answer phone or return calls

Household Finance closed the main office I dealt with and transferred all of the clients to Beneficial. I have been trying to reach out to them for the past two months with no return phone calls. I filed bankruptcy in November and need to proceed with paying my mortgage. If I don't do so SOON, I will become in default again which I cannot afford to do. When I refinanced with Household my monthly payment was suppose to be $314. When the final paperwork was done, they had raised it to $504. When I confronted them, they told me that the sales representative had relocated to another office and there was nothing they could do about it!
