On or about 11 Nov 08 I made reservation for a show at the Barn Diner Theater. Approx two weeks before the schedule show I called to cancel my reservation. They said OK you have credit with us for the 90.00 which you have 12 months to use. I said NO I want credit back now. They said that 12 months waiting was their policy and that they told me that when I made the reservation. I asked if this policy was in writing they said NO. I asked if when they said they explained it to me on the phone was it recorded showing I (my voice) accepted their terms. They said NO is was not recoreded. I than asked after one year and I do not use this credit (which has already appeared on the credit report) would I than get credit. They said NO I would just lose the credit I I would be out the 90.00. Is this LEGAL that they can keep my money without me receiving anything for it when they have NO WRITTEN OR ORAL proof that they told me about their 12 month policy and even if they did HOW CAN THEY JUST KEEP MY MONEY AFTER THE 12 MONTHS ARE UP
