I had a six month agreement with this company signed for service October to March. For the first two months of services I had to constantly wait to get paid and they never paid for services on time but expected miraculous results; of which I put in extra overtime per they express to fulfill the full length of the contract.

In November there was so much extra overtime I had to charge for computer services since the contract stated 20 hours onsite tech time and 10 remote. Well I had put in over 60 hours of onsite time that month; so I gave them a nice deal and only charged 25/hour to a business for computer networking services. If you do your homework you'll find no company would charge that - that's like slave labor prices. So inshort these people were ripping us of in that case trying to low ball our computer services. What did I do for them?

Installed and custom configured 20 dell computers
Reconfigured the Windows 2003 Server
Installed 10 new Cisco 7940 phones
Register a domain name
Configured 20 business email accounts
Consulted with the company for building 2 new offices

I was working very hard a consultant for this company in detail:

In December they decided to not pay the balance due as indicated on the contract; expressing and I quote " The President "Carlos" didn't know he was prepaying for services". I stated that did know in that we carefully reviewed and all signed a contract 3 months ago and this is how I always billed. The contract was only two pages long and it was very simple.

So in essence they ripped me off as a consultant. I have a cause number on file in the Civil court of Cook County which is in process. They amount I am asking for is near 9000 dollars. You see, I only charged a nominal amount monthly of 1600 since a six month contract was involved. So instead of 200/hr I was billing them around 80/hr which is pretty darn good deal. They refused to pay that on time and whined about my rate or speed of service but didn't want to pay for services at a fair amount.

Furthermore, Centurion Loss Mitigation never paid me in full for December which had 27 hours (that's 7 overtime) and 16 hours remote service (6 overtime). I haven't paid my rent for January and now pending eviction because of this. I couldn't pay my child support on time because they ripped me off. It has affected my finances profoundly. It is now Feb. 2009 and I still behind my bills.

I spoke to an attorney and He stated I have a good case and I am indigent now because to this fiasco. I suggest to not offer any type of services to Gomez and Stieder Bancorp or Centurion Loss Mitigation Group, EVER they will RIP YOU OFF in way they can. These people are deceitful and fraudulent and will try to cut corners by delaying payment to your business or coming up with excuses to try to back their way out payment for services. I think they will someday get what they deserve. God knows what this so call business is doing to the consumer.

I hope this report helps someone or some other business see not to conduct any business with them.
