An agreement was made between Justus Cleaning Services, LLC andmyself in August. I was to develop various marketing material for thiscompany on a as needed basis.
I was paid for the initial marketing items created at the agreed upon fees. Since that time I have done manyadditional marketing projects including formal presentations, attendance of networkingevents and other business development services. I was told by Steven Monk that he would like to contract with me as their businessdevelopment consultant for 90 days. The past due costsowed for the completed work and services was to be included in the set compensationstated in the contract. A week after a verbal agreement was made, Steven Monk of Justus Cleaning Servicesadvised me that the company would not sign a contract and asked me to "just bill them on a month to month basis". At that time I billed them for allpast completed work and business development services, which totaled over $6,700. Justus Cleaning Services has refused to pay for the services I have provided.
