I recently call the payment services department and found out that they would not give me any information as far there Last Name, etc. I pay my contact in full, well I paid the amount that was on my contract, only to find out is that when they send me my new contact it had a different price than the first contract i had. I though I had paid my contract up, When trying to get some help from their payment center all i got was bad attitude, like I am doing you a favor by even letting you pay me for my services. I was so hurt and felt cheat when i go through talking with them. And when I ask for her full name she refused to do so (this was the supervisor). I offer to fax my contract that I paid the operator told me she was not interest and wasn't going to look at and that I still owe. I felt since they didn't notify me that my contract for the next year would be a total different price, they could at least accomdated me, the act as if it was my doing and i want something for nothing. The only way I found out is when I went to renew my contract with them. My point is they new this contract was not paid in full and fail to notify me until I contacted them. They know that they are the only place that offer this kind of services so I believe that they feel they can treat you and offer you any kind of services at your expense. It really should be something done to this company, work ethics, it something very wrong with this company. I wish there was another company which offer this same services i could change in a hot second. Beware..
