Stan Schultz AKA Schultz And Schultz Enterprises, US Loss Mitigation
Ripoff, only received partial payment of case owed, NOT the full amount owed was paid

Completed a Loss Mitigation case on Johnny Cook that was entered on January 11 and this was WAY BEFORE the second 70/30 split contract was signed that was NEVER fully paid by Stan Schultz of US Loss Mitigation AKA Schultz and Schultz Enterprises. The 70/30 split contract was NOT signed and did NOT go into effect until January 30. Was supposed to be paid a total of $577.00, which was to be split between my partner, Evangeline Nunley and myself for a total of 288.00/EACH. We only received partial payment of $298.50, of which was received by my partner, Evangeline Nunley at the end of May. It cleared their bank on June 2. The Johnny Cook Case was COMPLETED back in the beginning of March and we still have NOT been paid the total amount that we are owed to date!

Still awaiting rest of the payment of $288 to be sent to me for having completed the services for this company. Have documenation to prove and support my claim on this particular case.
