I paid my premium ($800.00) over the phone and a few days later, United cancelled my policy. This was in September. I still have not recieved a refund even though it was promised. Since then I have had shoulder surgery and had to pay out of my own pocket. That $800.00 could have gone towards prescriptions and therapy. Cold hearted people United. I'm out of work and in-foreclosure. They knew about the surgery, took the money and just cancelled.
