Geroge Kashiwa received a refund, issued on Feb. 2 for the amount of $10.00 per ticket # 016 2112122427 and 2112118620, when he requested for a full refund since United cancelled his flights. Mr.& Mrs. Kashiwa were destined to fly out from Honolulu on Feb. 2 to Dallas, Fortworth, TX andreturn on Feb. 7th. As United did not provide an alternate flights to arrive at DFW by Feb. 2nd, Mr. Kashiwa was able to fly on American Airlines as a cost of $1018.28 Round trip. Mr. Kashiwa feels that as United cancelled the flights, he should be entitled for a FULL REFUND.
