In New York As Midland Funding Of Delware The keep garnishing my pay for a Debt that is payed And Deleware

Please help! They keep garnishing my pay check and sueing me I do not know what to do. I have paid this off and they give me no information at all every week their is another letter and I don't know where to go. They cent me a letter I am being sued at ciil court of the city of New York 927 Castellton Ave in Staten Island MY 10310 they say my index number is 6/09
