I have a home loan with Aurora. They analyzed my escrow account in March. At that time I had an escrow overage of $225, but the check was not enclosed with the statement. The statement read we will send you a check within 30 days if your account is current if not we will apply the overage to your delinquency. I never received the check and I don't know why the check was not enclosed with the analyzation statement as it had been in the past. My escrow account was reviewed again in December and now they say I have a deficency of $14.90. Which I can't understand. I have called Aurora for the last two months enquiring about the $225 check. They said they researched the check and it was sent to me and cashed around the first week of March. I told them I did not receive the check nor did I cash it. They told me they would research it and send me a copy of the cashed check so I could see who cashed it, but for two months they haven't been able to do so. They keep giving me the run around about getting a copy of the check. I have called them several times and spent several hours on the phone with Aurora Loan Services. I read another post that lists contact numbers of the CEO's of Aurora and Lehman Brothers. I will exhaust myself to resolve this issue, but I will not stop until they give me my money.
